PHASE 1 DEEP CORE ACTIVATION
PHASE 2 HIP/PELVIC STRENGTH AND STABILITY
There are 17 different muscles that cross the hip joint. These muscles are responsible for a wide range of movements, and stability tasks. A single weakness or ill-mobility within the pelvic system can potentially throw out its entire ecology. In phase 2, we will reveal your limitations, and apply specific corrective activities to bring balance and stability to your hips. Pelvic stability is an extension of core stability. Therefore, you will also experience integration of the two within this phase.
PHASE 3 T-SPINE & SHOULDER GIRDLE INTEGRITY
Are you able to twist your upper-back at least 45-90 degrees? Can you stretch your arms up over your head without arching your back? Are you suffering with shoulder impingement? These questions, and many more, will be addressed in phase 3. The body mechanics of modern living has wrecked havoc on our thoracic mobility, and shoulder integrity. So much so, that restrictions and imbalances have become the norm. However, with the right stretches and strengthening exercises, these conditions can be reversed. Phase 3 provides an array of therapeutic activities to draw from. In it, you will establish effective routines that can transform your posture, and return your freedom of pain-free movement.
Each phase consists of 4 (1 hr) weekly sessions. You’ll receive documentation of all the material covered during your sessions.
